Added Souls shop
- Get souls by changing world
- Massive bow atk speed upgrade
- Enemies spawn rate upgrade
- Bonus Gold, XP and Souls upgrades
Fixes:
- UI should now work better on most resolutions
- Windowed by default now
- Next World button won't stuck player no more
